Daughters of the Moon RP

Daughters of the Moon is a novel series by Lynn Ewing. It is about four girls, later about five, who are mortal goddesses and fight an ancient evil called The Atrox. They each have different powers, destinies, and dark sides. They all wear moon amulets. When they turn 17, they have to make a choice. They can either become guardian spirits or continue their lives – but as mortals who have forgotten their lives and consequently, their powers, as Daughters of the Moon. All of the Daughters live in Los Angeles, battling the Atrox and its dark Followers.

New members and people confused on what the book series is about, go to the Forum. In it you'll see a category for New Members, all of your information that you'll need is in there. If you don't know how to roleplay click the Training Grounds button in the New Members Forum and all of your information on how to roleplay will be there. For people who want to instantly chat with people, you can either go to the Chat screen or click on the Chat button at the bottom of your screen on the gray bar. Anyone who wants to join a group or create one, go to the Group screen. Mostly everything on here is self-explanatory. Any questions contact the administrators.

We do have a few set of rules, but they're super easy to understand and follow:

1. Keep to the book. Meaning you can't give Followers powers outside what the auther set in place. But if there's a situation in which something weird happens then you can just start over and pretend like your character never fell in love in the first place. Simple fix. :)

2. All inappropriate conversations need to stay private. No displaying it for everyone to see, it just makes people uncomfortable.

3. No killing people without their permission. If your characters get into a fight make sure to talk to the person first and then you can kill off their character. :)

4. Treat people with respect, if you're a bully then you'll be treated like a bully and your membership will be terminated. (Unless your character is just a jerk, in which case let everyone know that that's just how the character is and you don't personally act like that.)

5. Treat Administrators with respect. We work really hard on this site and it's our pride and joy. Unless our characters just don't like you, in which case feel free to kick our big behinds cause that's just how it's done in Twilight. :P

6. Don't expect Officials (As in people who auditioned and got the part as book characters) to act outside their characters. Meaning, sorry, but Stanton is not gonna leave Serena for you. lol

7. If you wanna audition for a book character then come to me about it and I'll set up auditions for the character if he/she is available.
 

8. You can't just automatically become a character, you have to audition first. If we discover that you are impersonating a character from the books and you weren't given the part we WILL change your name because all you're doing is confusing everyone else, and quite frankly it isn't fair.

9. Your character name must be a REAL name. Sorry, but no one in real life has a name like vicky15_07. You Display Name must also be your character's name (it just makes everything easier for everyone.)

10. You cannot make anyone else's character say something while roleplaying. An example of this is say you're rp-ing with someone named Luis and you're Stacy. You can't do something like this: Luis stepped towards me and said, "You're a bitch." Then I slapped him. Unless the person themselves says or does something, you cannot make them do it. Say or do something yourself and give the other person a chance to react. It's their character after all.
